Finding patients at practices

• EMIS/SYSTM ONE Pop Up
  This triggers a pop up reminding colleague GPs and NPs that the patient in consultation is eligible for RAPTOR. This is triggered by writing symptoms on the system such as: shortness of breath, cough, fever, etc. The pop up provides a sentence to remind colleagues what to say about the study and it automates a task to send patient to the Research Team at the surgery.

  Also, an automated code for the study is added to the patient’s records when these symptoms are noted, and when a search is done at the end of the day it is possible to find any patients that might have been missed, use Accurex for texting with an already built in template for RAPTOR ready to be sent to patients that are missed if coded opportunistically
• Remind colleagues at practice meetings
